About Paylo

What is Paylo?

Learn what Paylo is, who it is for, and how Paylo Seller connects merchants with customer-facing online storefronts.

A clear definition

Paylo is an e-commerce platform that helps businesses operate online stores. It combines Paylo Seller, a merchant-facing mobile application, with customer-facing web storefronts hosted under paylo.co.il.

Who is Paylo for?

Paylo is for merchants and businesses that want to publish a product catalog, receive orders through an online storefront, and manage store operations from a mobile application.

How Paylo works

  1. 1.Set up the store: A seller configures store information, branding, contact details, and the storefront's default language in Paylo Seller.
  2. 2.Add the catalog: The seller adds categories and products, including images, variants, pricing, and stock information.
  3. 3.Manage sales: Customers use the store's Paylo storefront to browse and order. The seller follows supported orders and store activity in Paylo Seller.

Paylo Seller

Paylo Seller is the mobile side of the platform. It gives authenticated sellers access to store settings and operational tools for products, inventory, orders, coupons, shipping zones, analytics, payouts, and store sharing.

Paylo storefronts

A Paylo storefront is the customer-facing website for a merchant. It exposes public store and product information and provides browsing, cart, and checkout flows. Customer account and order views are also part of the storefront experience where available.
