Terms of Use and Merchant Agreement

By creating an account or using Paylo, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. A seller must be at least 18 years old, be legally capable of entering an agreement, and have authority to act for the business represented. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Provide accurate, current account and business information and keep it updated.
• Protect the phone number, device, password, one-time codes, and sessions used to access the account.
• Merchant applications, store names, and material changes may require review. Paylo may refuse, suspend, or revoke access where information is inaccurate, verification fails, or platform rules are violated.
• Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each seller is responsible for its products, descriptions, prices, inventory, taxes, invoices, customer service, shipping promises, refunds, legal notices, licenses, and compliance with consumer-protection and other applicable laws. Sellers must have the rights needed for all names, trademarks, images, text, and other content they upload.

A seller may not use Paylo for prohibited products, deceptive practices, infringement, unlawful discrimination, fraud, or activity that creates unreasonable safety or security risk.

Paylo provides technology for presenting stores and managing orders. The applicable storefront identifies the seller and order terms. Payment availability, fees, commissions, settlement timing, refunds, chargebacks, and payout status may depend on the seller's arrangement with Paylo and relevant payment providers. Information shown in dashboards may be delayed or corrected when final processor or bank records differ.

Sellers must not use an external payment method to evade agreed platform fees or to mislead customers. Any applicable prices or fees will be disclosed before they are charged or agreed.

Paylo may change, maintain, secure, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect service availability. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Preview, beta, or experimental features may change or be withdrawn.

A seller may stop using Paylo and may request account deletion. Paylo may restrict or suspend access to address suspected fraud, security threats, illegal activity, nonpayment, harm to customers, or material violations of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Paylo and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, and documentation. Sellers retain rights in their content and grant Paylo a limited license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and promote their store and the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, without identifying the person who provided it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paylo is provided on an as-available basis. Paylo is not responsible for a seller's products, customer promises, or conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, Paylo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Disputes should first be raised with support so the parties can attempt resolution in good faith.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; additional notice or consent will be requested when required.
