Prohibited Products and Content Policy

• Illegal goods, stolen property, fraud tools, counterfeit products, or items that infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Weapons, explosives, ammunition, instructions intended to cause harm, or products primarily designed to evade law enforcement.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or products making unlawful medical claims.
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, content involving minors, human trafficking, or services that facilitate abuse.
• Hate-promoting content, credible threats, harassment, or content that encourages violence against protected groups or individuals.
• Malware, stolen credentials, unauthorized surveillance tools, personal information offered without permission, or circumvention devices.
• Deceptive schemes, pyramid schemes, unlawful gambling, fake documents, or products whose sale is intended to mislead customers.
• Hazardous products, recalled goods, unsafe food or cosmetics, or products prohibited from shipping or sale in the relevant location.

Alcohol, tobacco or nicotine products, medicines, supplements, medical devices, financial products, age-restricted goods, animals, plants, precious materials, tickets, and other regulated items may be listed only with Paylo's prior approval and all licenses, disclosures, age controls, shipping restrictions, and legal safeguards required in every place where they are offered. Paylo may prohibit a regulated category even when local sale might otherwise be lawful.

• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and supported by rights to all text, images, brands, and claims.
• Prices, availability, condition, origin, material terms, risks, and restrictions must not be concealed or misleading.
• A seller may not manipulate reviews, impersonate another business, redirect customers to evade safeguards, or request unnecessary sensitive information.

Paylo may remove content, pause a listing, restrict payments, suspend a store, preserve evidence, or notify relevant authorities when necessary to protect users or comply with law. Decisions may consider context, severity, recurrence, and legal obligations.

Report a suspected violation to support@paylo.co.il with the storefront URL, product link, and a concise explanation. Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence.
